Creative Interiors is offering a home/office renovation or construction service. The Total Project Management shall include an in the home or office consultation to discuss the specifics of the renovation and conduct a survey of all installation factors. A detail floor plan of the renovation will be produced for the use of all necessary trade people. Computer generated three-dimensional perspective drawings will allow the client to see the end result. A proposal will be submitted to the client with the above information along with the estimate for the renovation.

Whether the client has a small budget or a large budget to work with, we can tackle the renovation. In the unique 3 “R’s”, we can restore, reface or replace objects within a room. (Please see our completed projects)

• In restoring, we can restore furniture, cabinets, add furniture covers, paint etc.
• In refacing we can put new cabinet doors on and reface existing cabinets or re-upholster furniture, paint, add some new trims etc
• Replacing is to gut a room and start over with all new materials. A proposal will be submitted to the client with the outline of the renovation along with the estimate for the renovation.
• The restore and replace concept will also benefit home owners who are selling their home. A design to sell concept will be used in the design and decorating to be done with these clients.

Upon acceptance of the Total Project Management, the materials and labor will be arranged with a start date, expected completion time and a deposit collected. Creative Interiors will ensure that all materials and labor is on schedule for the renovation and supervise during the process. An inspection after the completion of the renovation will take place with the client.

Creative Interiors specializes in kitchen and bath design. There are many decisions and details in a kitchen or bath renovation project. Any well planned kitchen or bath starts with a great design. During your life time, you’ll spend almost 12 years in your kitchen. You don’t want to sacrifice on the design aspect of your renovation. We do not renovate our kitchen or bath that often during our lives. So remember, you will have to live with a poorly designed kitchen or bath renovation for a long, long time.
